Ganesh Festival - A colourful festival

This colorful design drawn on road by group of artists [mainly women] is called as rangoli in India. This is modern type of rangoli. This rangoli is subjected on aids awareness. Traditional rangoli tends to subject regular rural life or gods from Hindu culture which is drawn by mostly house wives in front of their homes.

This rangoli was center of attraction on the ganeshotsav immersion procession.
